The All India Railway Helpline service will commence from 26^th February. The number 138 can be dialed for all sorts of complaints such as cleanliness, food and dirty bedroll of the emergency coach etc.

This number will also be used for feedback. Caller ID and voice recording facility is available on the helpline number. The 138 number is an integrated service that will work all over India.

The new helpline number will facilitate passengers to complain or give feedback whilst sitting in the train as well.
