The anti-encroachment team was forced to return without taking proper action against illegal construction as the public came forward to protest against their act. As informed, the councillors put forward the humanitarian point of view and forced the team to return but the team punctured the roof before leaving. 

The incident occurred in Rao colony behind Ambamata area. Municipal Corporation had sent 3 notices to Manohar Singh regarding illegal construction carried out by him. As per reports, Manohar Singh did not have permission to construct the first floor but he did. Despite the notices, he carried on with the construction after which the team went to take action. The public of that area protested this demolition act and indulged in fight with the team members. Seeing the situation going out control, the team somehow managed to puncture the roof and returned. It has been informed that the area councillors reached the site and tried to convince the team to stop the demolition work putting forward the humanitarian grounds. The councillors said that Manohar's financial condition is not good and the the land size is comparatively very small. Hence the team must not take action against him.
