For the upcoming festivals in the month of March; Holi on 5^th, Dhulandi on 6^th, Chetichand on 21^st and Ramnavami on 28^th; the city has appointed executive magistrate to maintain law and order system throughout.

District Collector Ashutosh A.T Pednekar informed about various magistrates and their responsibility areas as follows:

• District Logistics Officer Himmat Singh Bhati: Surajpol, Bhupalpura, Pratapnagar and Hiran Magri.
• Additional Chief Executive officer K.C Lakhara: Hathipol, Ghantaghar, Sukher, Dhanmandi and Ambamata.
• UIT Officer Baburam Meena: Goverdhan Vilas and Naai
• Officer Girwa Bhagwan Das: Gangaur Ghat and Goverdhan sagar area and Ghantaghar from 22^nd to 25^th
• Officer Badgaon Hari singh Rajpurohit appointed for Police Control Room Delhi Gate, subsection magistrate Girwa, Gogunda, Jhadol, Kotda, Salumber, Kherwada, Sarada, Rishabhdeo, Lasadiya, Mavli and Vallabhnagar as Executive Magistrate.

The above officials and police deputy superintendent will collaborate in maintaining the law and order in the city.
