The Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) invited applicants for the tender of paid parking zone at the old city areas including ‘Asin Ki Haveli’ and Nara Khara  after Fatehsagar, Saheliyon Ki Bari and Dudh Talai. The Tender will be announced on 12^th March.

According to Rajni Dangi, Mayor, UMC, “These paid parking zones will help in releasing traffic congestion especially in old city areas. Moreover these busy areas will be more organized.”

Rajni Dangi further added that those vehicles parked outside the dedicated parking would be levied with penalty.

Dangi also informed that in future some more palaces will be added across city, where unused land of UMC will be utilized and if required construction, it will be done by UMC.
