In a case of firing at Gulab bagh road almost 3 ½  months back, court has rejected bail plea of the accused in this case.

Owner of Kajri Arts, Ghanshyam Tevani, was fired at by 2 people around more than three and half months back. These two criminals first tried to extract money from Tevani in the name of infamous criminal Ayub Shah. After failing in this effort, they opened fire at Tevani to create terror.

Mohammed Zuber(Bittu) s/o Mohammed Yusuf resident of Farookh-e-Azam colony and Mohammed Bilal(David) s/o Mohammed Akram resident of Mastan Baba dargah road were arrested by Surajpole police for firing at Ghanshyam Tevani.

As per report, when Tevani was standing outside his showroom on 2nd June, these two criminals came on scooter and tried to extract money in the name of Ayub Shah. When Tevani refused to give any money, Zuber and Bilal opened fire at him. One bullet went past Tevani’s ear.

Apart from this case, 8 other cases are going against Zuber in the court and 7 serious matters of crime are against Bilal. District and Session court Judge Devendra Kachwaha rejected the bail pleas of these criminals on Wednesday.
