In another pleasing update from Udaipur Administration, Collector has initiated a ‘Book Bank’ scheme, where Mini Book Banks will be built in villages for kids and elderly.

In another pleasing update from Udaipur Administration, Collector has initiated a ‘Book Bank’ scheme, where Mini Book Banks will be built in villages for kids and elderly.

As stated, the unused books, magazines and literature will be collected form residents of Udaipur who are willing to participate in this drive, and those books will be sent to these Mini book Banks in the villages.

Rural kids and elderly are targeted to be benefitted with this scheme. Administration is aiming for 10,000 books, and up till now 3,000 books have been collected.

Kotda, Jhadol, Falasia, Gogunda and such villages will get these mini book banks which will capacitate books ranging from course books, comics, competitive exam books, jokes, fiction novels and such.

People who are willing to participate in the nobel initiative can give a call on 0294-2415077 in working days, and representatives from Information center will reach at your place to collect the books.
