In continuation with the project, UIT has further given notice to 15 families, to vacant their houses on or before 30th May, as Trust will acquire the land to widen the road.

Residents of affected part have requested UIT to provide appropriate aid, so that shifting can be done speedily and also to provide them with patta of remaining land.

Ram Niwas Mehta, Secretary, UIT, agreed over the demands, while road construction would start soon after land is cleared.

Mehta added that on this stretch, a 100 feet road will be constructed and for that, around 35 feet land will be acquired on both sides of road.
