Section 144 has been imposed in a lot of cities including Udaipur. The country is keen to hear the decision of Supreme Court regarding the Ayodhya case which is likely to come up around 10:30 a.m.. Following this highly sensitive issue, Section 144 has been imposed in a lot of cities, schools and colleges are going to stay closed today and internet facility has been put on hold in 34 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Masses are appealed to maintain peace and harmony. The point of aggression cannot be ruled out, hence administration has taken strict measures to keep situations under control. Internet facilities have been put on hold in Uttar Pradesh. Social media is under strict surveillance in Udaipur district. 
More than 1 lakh police personnel are on alert mode. Whatever be the decision of Supreme Court, public must stay calm. Anyone who tries to disturb peace by spreading rumours, anyone who tries to provoke disharmony will be dealt with strictly and will be sent behind bars, the term of which is 3 to 5 years depending on the situation. Offensive language on social media is a non-bailable crime under Act 67A. 
Udaipur is under Section 144 since midnight of Friday following which all educational institutions are closed to avoid any kind of mishap. IG Binita Thakur said that if required, then internet facilities will also be put on hold. Teams have been formed to deal with people creating nuisance.
