In a meeting of Judiciary Bench on Sunday, it was unanimously decided that Child Welfare Committee will now take care of all the cases of physical and mental child abuses.

Committee has already issued orders to the district and block Education Officers to spread the relevant information about this decision to kids in all the government and private schools through the blackboards and flexes.

According to this judgment, any child can call and register his/her complaint verbally or in writing under Provision 31(1) of JJ Act 2006 against physical or mental abuses by teacher, parent, guardian, relative, neighbor or any other culprit.
