Medical and Health Department of the Government of Rajasthan has initiated a house to house survey to mitigate the risk of Coronavirus and its spread.

CMHO, Udaipur, Dr Dinesh Kharadi, in a statement to media said that trainees from all nursing colleges of Udaipur and officials of the Health Department will do a house to survey to assess the health of individuals.

Further, teams will be setup at the Bus Station and Railway Station and other public places to educate people on care and hygiene.

Today, the first survery was carried out by 145 teams, who covered 553 houses and covered 35,336 people one to one. The areas covered were Dewali, Neemuchmata, Manoharpura, Hanuman Colony, Naiwada, Gariyawas, ML Tejawat Nagar, Jatwadi, Jagdish Mandir, Picchola, Nav Ghat, etc.  546 people were found to have cold and cough and fever. 11 people who had arrived from abroad in recent times were also given a health checkup.
