District Collector Ashutosh Pednekar conducted several meetings with different Government Departments, Banks and Social Organizations with the objective of involving and inspiring common public for beautification and development of Udaipur. The meetings were called in line with the objectives of Project Action Udaipur.

Collection gave examples of other cities of India, where with the involvement of common masses the cities have been beautified by cleaning and painting of walls, parks and other public places. He further informed that Project – Action Udaipur Project has been initiated in Udaipur with the same objective.

The official in charge of Action Udaipur then elaborated on the project with a power point presentation and talked about various measures for beautification covered under the project.
