Education can never go out of fashion and books can never get old. In a noble act by the district administration, collector Ashutosh A.T Pednekar has appealed all the residents to give away their old books which can be utilized by other students.

The collector informed that on Monday, a counter will be set up at Information Center, adjacent to Mohta Park where people can give away the old, unused books to the district administration.

The donors will get receipt of the books given. The collected books will be sent to the government schools, libraries and colleges where students can utilize them.

The counter will remain open  on working day from 12 PM to 4 PM.
