Looking at the water bottles and plastic bags littered at Gulab Bagh, collector Rohit Gupta asked Nagar Nigam Commissioner to strictly restrict the entry of such items at the premises.

Collector told Commissioner Himmat Singh Barhath that a counter be made at the entry where Rs. 10 needs to be deposited by entrant as security, if found with water bottle. Afterwards, the security amount will be returned if he brings the bottle back.

Also, plastic bags will be replaced with paper bags kept at the counter.
