Constable Kartar Singh’s discharge application has been rejected by the court in the most talked about Sohrabuddin-Tulsi encounter case.

Mumbai court rejected the application of Udaipur constable Kartar Singh and SI Balakrishna of Gujarat. Prior to this, applications of ASI Himanshu Singh of Udaipur, Shyam Singh and Abdul Rehman were rejected by Mumbai court.

The officers connected to this case have reported that the facts on which the discharge of 13 people along with Gulab Chand Kataria was based, the same facts were not accepted for Kartar, Balakrishna, Shyam Singh, Abdul Rehman and Himanshu Singh.
