 In a case of attempt to murder on 1st of July, court denied bail to the accused. Kundan Singh Kushwaha applied for bail which was rejected by Session Judge Devendra Kachwaha on Wednesday, 9th August.Kundan Singh Kushwaha resident of Shabri colony stabbed Kundan Singh Bhati on way to Pratap Nagar. As per report filed in Bhupalpura police station by Kundan Singh Bhati, he was on his way to Pratapnagar in car when his car hit Kundan Singh Kushwaha’s bike. Kushwaha along with his four friends on separate bikes pulled out Bhati from his car and stabbed him out of anger. Police recovered the knife from the accused. Accused Kundan Singh Kushwaha has 11 cases against him. He has been punished by the court for one of the cases. Kundan Singh Kushwaha had applied for bail which was rejected by the Judge of Session Court.

Court has also denied bail to those who supply drugs and play with the life of citizens. Special court for NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) cases rejected anticipatory bail plea of Alam Khan s/o Aqhlaq Khan, resident of Bhikari Nath ka Math in Bhupalpura. Alam Khan supplied drugs to smackies.  Pratapnagar ASI Mahipal Singh had arrested Salim, Rashid and Giriraj while they were consuming drugs near Saloni kanta on 1st May. As per information provided by these three smackies, Alam Khan supplied them with smack powder.
