Among the various orders passed at the behest of the Municipal Council Chairperson, Rajni Dangi today on prevailing local issues, the Singhals were asked to break down the existing boundaries of their premises at Wolkem and their residences. The concerned authorities were asked to take note of all orders passed and ensure strict compliance. The following were the brief on the instructions.

Cover Garbage carrying vehicles

Dangi instructed the Municipal Council Garage Superintendent, Babu Lal Chouhan to order the staff of the garbage carrying vehicles to cover the vehicle with a tarpal (make shift cloth covering) so that the garbage does not fall down on roads while carrying it to the trenching ground. She also instructed Chouhan to give an implementation report on it.

Inspect all the recent ongoing construction in the city

Rajni Dangi instructed the Commissioner Municipal Council, Satya Narayan Acharya to inspect all recent building constructions in the city and whether the constructions work is going on with the permission of the Municipal Council or without.

She also gave a list of 28 constructions, which were recently inspected by the ‘Bhawan Nirman Samiti’ members. Some of these constructions were discovered to having being done without the requisite permissions and some have residential permission but were seen running a commercial business on them.

She instructed the commissioner to give an implementation report on both the aforesaid issues within 15 days.

Letter to Singhals

Rajni Dangi also wrote a letter to the Singhal family namely Salil Singhal, Arvind Singhal and Sanjay Singhal to take back the boundary wall of the premises of Wolkem Pvt. Ltd., so that road from Swaroop Sagar to Ayurvedic Chouraya could be broadened. She said that if the boundary wall of the aforesaid area is taken back then there will be fewer chances of accidents at this curve and at it will facilitate smooth traffic. She also asked the Singhal family to take back the boundary of their Bungalow at P.P. Singhal Marg.
