An announcement made by Udaipur Traffic Police today will see people on the streets more vigilant and attentive. From 2^nd April onward, two-wheel riders without the helmets will be fined with Rs. 10,000.

The incessant appeal made by the Udaipur traffic police, district administration to wear helmets has landed on deaf years. The officials took this strict action seeing the negligibility of two-wheel riders who are consistently seen on the road without helmets.

The recent accidents that took place in Udaipur where bikers were not wearing helmets lost their lives and so stricter actions were announced today. Likewise, the riders found without the driving license will be fined with Rs. 5000, informed the officials.

With the news taking the rounds many people were seen buying helmets from the shop.
