Udaipur: The Municipal Corporation took decisive action on April 3, 2024 morning to address encroachments in the Malla Talai area. Led by the Corporation's Police Inspector, Mangilal Dangi, the operation aimed to reclaim public land from unauthorized occupation.

Details of the Encroachment

Inspector Dangi disclosed that a social organization had been allocated seven acres of land in the Malla Talai area. However, they encroached upon an additional nearly 10,000 square feet of land that rightfully belonged to the Corporation.

Demarcation of Boundaries

As part of the operation, boundaries were clearly marked to delineate the Corporation's land from the encroached areas. This step aimed to prevent any further unauthorized occupation in the future.

Installation of Corporation's Board

To assert the Corporation's ownership and prevent future encroachments, a board was installed on the reclaimed land. This measure serves as a visible reminder of the Corporation's authority over the area.
