The Employee Provident Fund (EPF) hearing was held at Chitrakoot Nagar, Udaipur, where Commissioner Arun Kumar considered 8 different cases today. One case was a non-bailable warrant issued against Liberty Threads Pvt. Ltd.

According to Arun Kumar, employees of Liberty Threads Pvt. Ltd showed in a hearing organized at PF Office. They complained that company is irregular in depositing Provident Funds and are also misleading while providing deposit related documents when demanded.

Acting on complain, P.F officer verified companies’ PF records which brought under light that Liberty Threads has not deposited any amount on account of PF for its employees since October 2012.

Rajesh Tondal is owner of one other company dealing with threads. A similar act of irregularity was discovered in both companies.
