Minister of Health and Ayurveda Rajendra Singh Rathore held a meeting with medical officers at RNT Medical College Auditorium to ascertain the various facilities provided to the general public.

While addressing the officials, Rathore asked them to follow their responsibilities wisely and not indulge in any kind of negligence. He ordered for strict actions to be taken against absenteeism of medical practitioners and irregularity of 108 ambulance services.

During the meeting, he also discussed the status of swine flu and measures taken to combat the severity of the problem. He ordered the joint director to survey the district and to prepare a report on swine flu related measures, precautions and services provided.

PHED minister Kiran Maheshwari, along with Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari, Additional Collector City Chogaram Dewasi, Joint Secretary S.P Singh and a number of medical officers were present.
