Heritage look for the Circuit house is expected very soon.

To add to the beautiful buildings, yet another building is in for a heritage look. Udaipur is already known for its palatial buildings and havelis. To add to this, another concrete beauty is getting ready.  It is none other but the Circuit house.

The room strength of Circuit house is 30 at present. This will henceforth be 52. 22 rooms are going to be added. With a budget of almost 13 crore rupees, Studio flat, VVIP and VIP suites will be made in the Circuit house. And all this with a heritage look.

 5 studio flats are proposed to be constructed. Each flat will have drawing room, dressing room, bedroom along with all modern amenities. 3 VVIP suites will also be constructed. Ground floor will have 7 more rooms and 6 rooms will be made at the backside of Circuit house. An open sit-out is also planned on the roof top.

This renovation is sure to attract more tourists and add another feather in the city’s tourism cap.
