A meeting was organized by Nagar Nigam, Udaipur Foundation Committee, various Community Committees and NGOs to discuss ideas and begin preparations of 463^rd Udaipur Foundation Day.

Mayor, Chandra Singh Kothari said that the program should reflect Udaipur’s culture and history, so that everyone from children to adults can know about our values and rich culture.

It was also pointed out that Collector should declare a holiday on Udaipur Foundation Day. Other ideas including, Free Entry for Tourists, Mega Fireworks, Cleanliness Drive, Celebrating as a community festival and such were proposed in the meeting.

Next meeting will be held on 10^th April in the Nagar Nigam campus.
