Panchayat Samiti Girva organized a meeting to discuss over Housing development proposal, though meeting was postponed as majority of Sarpanch failed to attend meet. The meeting was intended to pass a new proposal of constructing new housing colony in Udaipur region.

According to Tehsildar Bhagwan Lal, “We postponed the meet as majority of Sarpanch failed to show up. The minimum of one third assembly must attend proposal meeting to pass on the project, although every sarpanch was duly intimated about meeting.”

Sources informed that the sarpanch deliberately skipped Housing Development meeting, as they demand to change current Tehsildar, while no specific reason was pointed out for the demand.
