Hydraulic crane to tow away illegally parked vehicles

Traffic department has been provided with hydraulic crane to tow away illegally parked vehicles. This crane was a much needed provision to deal with the vehicles parked haphazardly or in the no-parking areas. As informed by Traffic Inspector Netrapal Singh, the department was using a crane on contract basis until recently. Dealing with the illegally parked vehicles was a real difficult task. Now that the department has been provided with a hydraulic crane, the work of traffic police will become easier. It may be noted that this is an under-lift hydraulic crane which can conveniently lift the vehicles without causing any damage.
