The anti-encroachment team of Municipal Corporation demolished an illegal constrcution in one of the hotels of Brahmpol area. The hotel did not have permission to build the 2nd floor.

Municipal Corporation teams went to Brahmpol area on Monday and punctured the roof of Hotel Sargam Sadan. The hotel owners had constructed the 2nd floor without approval.

As informed by the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, the hotel owners after constructing ground floor and first floor did not take permission for the 2nd floor. The teams went and punctured the roof of 2nd floor and had the construction demolished. 

There have many incidences in the city where people have gone ahead with constructions without approval. Notices are sent to these people but people do not pay heed to the notices as a result of which the constructions are demolished.
