34 IPS Transfers in Rajasthan; 5 IPS Given Additional Charge

Udaipur, Oct 23, 2025: The Department of Personnel issued its transfers orders for the Police top brass in Rajasthan, which announced 34 IPS transfers, mostly within/across Jaipur. The transfer of DIG of Anti Corruption Bureau Udaipur, Prahlad Singh Krishniya to Jaipur, and one appointment each to Jodhpur and Bikaner were the exceptions.

Director General, Jaipur: Six transfers at the Director General level were effected in Jaipur, viz.

  1. IPS Sanjay Kumar Agrawal (1992): Law and Order, Jaipur
  2. IPS Govind Gupta (1993): Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur
  3. Anil Paliwal (1994): Training and Traffic, Jaipur
  4. Anand Kumar Srivastava (1994): Special Operations, Jaipur
  5. Ashok Kumar Rathod (1994): Jail Operations, Jaipur
  6. Malini Agrawal (1994): DG and Commandant General, Home Security, Jaipur

Additional Director General, Jaipur: Fourteen transfers at Addl Director General level were effected across Jaipur, viz.

  1. Dr. Prashakha Mathur (1995): Planning, Modernization and Welfare, Jaipur
  2. Biju George Joseph (1995): Personnel, Jaipur
  3. Sushmit Bishwas (1995): Railways, Jaipur
  4. Dinesh MN (1995): Anti Terrorism Squad; AGTF; ANTF, Jaipur
  5. Sanjeev Kumar Narjari (1996): Rajasthan Police Academy, Jaipur
  6. Vishal Bansal (1997): Special Operations Group
  7. Vijay Kumar Singh (1997): Law and Order, Jaipur
  8. Hawa Singh Ghumariya (1997): Crime Cell, Jaipur
  9. S Sengathir (1997): Vigilance, Jaipur
  10. P Ramji (1998): Jail
  11. Rupinder Singh (1999): Armed Batallion and State Disaster Relief Force (SDRF), Jaipur
  12. Bhupinder Sahu (1999): Police Housing
  13. BL Meena (1999): Traffic
  14. Ms. Lata Manoj Kumar (1999): Civil Rights, Anti Human Trafficking and Community Policing
