VIP route of the city from Surajpole till Pratap Nagar is all set to go Off-white with a proposal for colouring the outside of all the Government and Non-Government buildings along the route in a standard off-white colour. There will also be depictions of Rajasthani culture at different points along the route.

This proposal was passed at the Municipal Corporation meeting by the planning and beautification committee. The meeting was chaired by Tejender Singh Robin. Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari, all members and officers were present during the meeting.

It was also informed in the meeting that work is on for beautification of divider from Thokar Chauraha to Pratapnagar and installation of fountain at Surajpole Police Station.

Post beautification of the Thokar-Pratapnagar divider, similar beautification may be initiated across all the other prominent dividers in the city to bring about standardisation and homogeneity.

Discussions were also held for beautification of all entry gates to the city with Rajasthani culture depictions.
