District Administration and Tourism Department Udaipur have prepared a booklet capturing the calendar of various events planned in lake-city. The booklets captures exact dates for various local festivals. The booklet will be distributed free of cost to both national and foreign tourists.

Ashutosh A.T Pednekar, District Collector, Udaipur informed that around five thousand copies of event booklets will be printed. The listed events includes local festivals such has Gangaur, Rath Yatra, Foundation Day amongst others. The calendar will also list related facts and social importance of the festivals.

Pednekar added that website of tourism department will also be updated with the events. The printed copy of booklets will be available for tourists ‘free of cost’ at Tourism Department office and Tourist Information Centers.
