Local Petrol Pump faces temporary suspension of services
Ms. Friends Filling Station, Surajpol (HPCL) would now be facing a 7-days cancellation on the permission letter as they are charged under Section 3/7 of the Aavashyak Vastu Adhiniyam 1955, by District Revenue Officers after the recent inspection done by the DRO on the pump premises.

As informed by M.L. Chauhan, District Revenue Officer, “On 23rd May, 2012, the petrol pump (Friends Filling Station, Surajpol) was reported to be closed. During the sudden inspection on the very same night it was found intentionally closed even after availability of stock.”
“The charges put were on the same basis of not distributing the petrol even after the availability of stock, closing without informing and not following the timeline laid in the permission letter”, he added.
The sections for cancellation were put on the basis of not acting on the permission letter’s terms viz. 7, 9, 11(4) and 10 of the above order term under Rajasthan Petroleum Production, Order 1990.
