The medicine suppliers providing drugs to the government hospitals will now have to procure WHO-GMP certificate.

With an aim to ensure better quality of supplies and to assure public at large about the same, it is now decided that ‘WHO-GMP’ certificate issued by the Licensing Authority’ will be mandatory condition for bidders participating in the bids published by RMSC from 1^st January 2016 onward for drugs and medicines.

It is to consider that the process related to medicines supply in hospitals and others are done by Rajasthan Medical Service Corporation, a centralized drug procurement agency.
