Now roadways bus booking will be available on an application. For this, RSRTC mobile app has been initiated.

General Manager Rajendra Upadhyay said that through this app on android mobile, a person can book the seats of roadways buses. This app is available at Google Play Store.  In the app, information about category of buses, fare, time and seat availability is provided.

A customer while booking can avail net banking, debit card, credit card or prepaid wallet for payment options. Although, discounted and free travelers will not be able to utilize the schemes through app booking.

For the roadways booking, travelers can call Helpdesk numbers as well. The numbers are 1800-200-0103 and 800-349-1501 to 04.
