Mobile Application to help send Complaints to UIT

The local residents will be able to complain about the pertinent issues in the UIT areas directly to the authority through a mobile application. The smart phone users will have to click and send the pictures through the app which would directly reach the sector officer.

Created by IT specialists of the district, this mobile application will let public send pictures related to issues such as irregularity in cleanliness, street lights on in the daytime, pipeline leakage, impaired roads and encroachment etc., as informed by UIT Chairman Ashutosh Pednekar.

The high point of the mobile application is that the pictures sent will be saved in the photo portal and also the complaint of a particular area will reach to the related zonal officer.

This application will include bio-metric attendance system and vehicle tracking system of government vehicles so that the absence of any employee or officer and misuse of government vehicles will be traced.

A similar app was created by Chennai Nagar Nigam which will check the mobile application created for Udaipur to find any fault or to include any relevant feature before the launch in this month.

The application will run for 1 month on trial during which the officers will get equipped and trained for the same after that from May 1st the application will be launched for public use.
