In the process, a unanimous decision was taken that if any person or business institution puts up an illegal hording, banner, poster or flex in the city, then it will be removed and a fine will be imposed on the offender.
Archana Sharma of the Revenue Committee told that this information will be published on local news channels and news papers for the awareness of citizens and businesses. Further, the work of removing illegal banners and posters will be bid to the contractors.
Letter to DYSP (Traffic)
Rajni Dangi today wrote a letter to the DYSP (Traffic) Mahendra Singh Sekhawat on illegal parking and asked the police department to improvise the traffic situation in the busiest market places of the city.
To take action against the Celebration Mall garbage dumping
Chairperson Rajni Dangi informed that on Monday a garbage dumping tempo of celebration mall dumped garbage near ‘Pulan Shamshan’. She told, “I have instructed the Garbage Superintendent and the Health officer to take action against the dumping of garbage.
She added that, if any person dumps garbage or found spreading filth across the city, will be punished according to the Municipal Council Act.
