Arvind Kumar Poswal has been transferred to Jaipur as Joint Secretary, Chief Minister’s Office; Pragya Kevalramani is new Divisional Commissioner of Udaipur division
Udaipur, February 1, 2025 - Rajasthan government has announced major administrative reshuffle last night, thereby transferring 53 IAS, 24 IPS, 34 IFS and 113 RAS officers. Following the creation of several new divisions and the closure of some districts, many IAS, IPS, and RAS officers who were on APO (awaiting posting orders) were waiting for their new assignments.
As per the new order, Namit Mehta, the Collector of Bhilwara, has been appointed as the Collector of Udaipur. Udaipur Collector Arvind Kumar Poswal has been transferred to Jaipur as Joint Secretary, Chief Minister’s Office.
Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, the Collector of Salumbar, has been transferred to Bhilwara as Collector while Avadesh Meena has been appointed as Salumbar Collector. Hemendra Nagar has been transferred from the position of CEO of the District Council to the post of Secretary, Udaipur Development Authority. Riya Dabi has been appointed as his successor in the District Council CEO position.
Pragya Kevalramani has been appointed as the Divisional Commissioner of Udaipur division. She was previously serving as the Divisional Commissioner of TAD (Tribal Area Development) and is now replaced by Shakti Singh Rathod.
Sub-Divisional Officer (Girva) Riya Dabi has been appointed as CEO of the Udaipur District Council. Meanwhile, the responsibility of Sub-Divisional Officer (Girva) has been assigned to Sonika Kumari while Shubham Ashok will be Sub-Divisional Officer (Gogunda).
