Nagar Nigam recovered penalty of Rs. 1.10 Lac from 10 garden owners for operating without permission and rules violation.

Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari informed that many owners are operating gardens without prior registration. In the season time, the revenue inspector Nitesh Bhatnagar found 11 such gardens.

Mayor further said that the violators will be duly penalized by the Nigam in future. The violators were asked to register thereafter. So far, there are 58 gardens which are registered.

These gardens were targeted: Adarsh Resort (Rampura Circle), Eklingnath Circle (Near Rampura Circle), Kanak Vatika (Rampura Circle), Chandrika Garden (Seesarma), Royal Garden (Rampura Road), Darshan Vatika (Rampura Road), Galaxy Garden (Seesarma Road), Karn Vatika Farm (New Bhupalpura), Vrindavan Greens (New Bhupalpura), Janak Vatika (Fatehpura Road) and Rani Village (Rani Road).
