Wedding in Ambani family gave rise not only to curiosity but also raised eyebrows. Creating structures in the lake viz. floating platforms/stage has been denied by administration after the issue of harming lake waters by means of various possible polluting activities was raised by Lake Development Authority.

Mukesh Ambani’s daughter is getting married in a few days. Wedding arrangements have been made in Udaipur and Nathdwara. The event company organising the entire function had asked for certain special arrangements in Lake Pichola for the wedding ceremonies. The arrangements required structures to be made in the lake for the purpose of functions. This raised an alarm because of the obvious fact that this would pollute the lake and disturb the peace and habitat of life inside and alongside the lake.

All these issues forced administration to think after objections were raised. Following this, it has finally been strictly directed that no permission will be granted for any kind of structure inside the lake. Hence all wedding ceremonies will take place in the hotel premises. It may be noted that the city’s hotels are jam packed because of the Ambani wedding.
