According to the new regulations by State Government, Driving Licenses will be directly sent to the applicant’s address by Transport Department via registered post.

Regional Transport Officer, Jitendra Singh, informed that this decision has been taken to help the common man. Those who want to avail this facility will be asked to submit a self addressed envelope, with a registered ticket pasted on it, along with the application.

Department has appealed to general public to take benefit of the facility and save time and money.
