UIT finally showed their concern over ‘No Vehicle’ at Fatehsagar Paal; the initiative declared by the ex-Collector Hemant Gera was concretely implemented with installation of barricades at Paal, to put a check on traffic movement in the area.

Today, barricades were installed ensuring that no vehicle enters the restricted zone at Paal. Though, the declaration of ‘No Vehicle’ at Fatehsagar Paal was made by ex-collector Hemant Gera lobg time ago, there was little consideration given to the declaration.

It is to be noted that soon after passing the orders, UIT had blocked the Road connecting both the end points of Paal.

Sources inform that along with installation of blockades, road connecting to Mumbaiya bazaar will also be declared as one way traffic intake on weekends, as it causes traffic jam situation on occasions.
