Chief Secretary C.K. Mathews today took a report on the work progress carried on by the local authorities, in the “Prashasan Sehraon ke Sang” camp. Matthew gave the necessary instructions to the related officers to implement the government schemes on priority.

The entire communication was done through Video Conferencing where even the Chief Secretary Urban Development, G.S. Sandhu participated.

The Chief Secretary also asked for a review report by all the Collectors of the state on the camp. Chief Secretary Urban Development G.S. Sandhu asked to give relief to the people of the state in large numbers so that people can get benefits of the schemes of the Government directly.

During the Conference, Sandhu instructed the Nagar Parishad to take NOC from UIT and grant “Patta’s” during the camp. He said that all the Nagar Parishad’s have been made liable to give Patta’s of State Grant Act by the State Government.

During the Conference the related officers also discussed the upcoming “Prashasan Gaon ke Sang” which is going to start in January 2013.

During the Video Conferencing Dr. Subodh Agarwal Divisional Commissioner, B.R. Bhat Additional District Collector (Admin), Mohammad Yaseen Pathan (ADM, City), Abrar Ahmad CEO Zila Parishad, Satya Narayan Acharya Commissioner Nagar Parishad, S.O. UIT Predeep Singh Sangawat and Deputy Director of the Local Corporation Dinesh Kothari were present.
