Transfer order of 103 IAS officers were passed on the midnight of 3 July by the office of the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot.

Udaipur welcomed its new Commisioner at Udaipur Municipal Corporation, in the form of Qamar ul Zaman Chaudhary. Qamar was earlier the CEO at Zilla Parishad and will now also head Smart City Project at Udaipur. He takes over the charge at the UMC from Ankit Kumar Singh, who will now taking over as District Magistrate and District Collector, Banswara.

Managing Director, Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals, Somnath Mishra was given the charge of Divisional Commissioner, Jaipur

Dr Joga Ram has been given the charge of Commissioner Excise and ex Officio Prohibition Director at Udaipur. He is taking over this charge from ex Collector of Udaipur, Bishnu Charan Malick. Bishnu Charan Malick will now be the Managing Director of Rajasthan Skill annd Livelihoods Development Corporation, RSLDC.

Gaurav Goyal, who was the Director, Petroleum, Jaipur and Director, Mines and Geology Department, Udaipur, has bene given the charge of Commissioner, Jaipur Development Authority.

Dr Jitendra Kumar Upadhyay who was the Commissioner of Department Enquiries at Jaipur, has been given the charge of Commissioner, Tribal Area Deveopment, Udaipur. He replaces Shivangi Swarnkar.

Dr. Kunj Bihari Pandya, who was Commissioner, Health Education Department at Jaipur, has bene given the charge of Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Udaipur.

Dr. Manju, who was SDM at Badgaon, Udaipur, will now be taking over as CEO of Zilla Parishad, Udaipur.

The reshuffling witnessed the transfer of Rajendra Bhatt, District Magistrate and District Collector of Bhilwara and an iconic corona warrior to Udaipur. Bhatt, who belongs to Udaipur, will now head the Devasthan Department at Udaipur.  He takes over the charge from Vikas Bhale, who will now be Divisional Commissioner of Udaipur.

Tina Dabi, who was SDM at Bhilwara during the COVID crisis in the textile city and a key leader in the Ruthless Containment Model, was given the charge of Chief Executive Office at Zilla Parishad, Jaipur, which is being seen as a reward for her performance during the COVID crisis in Bhilwara.
