Udaipur is the first city in Rajasthan to have a Single Sign-On (SSO) portal for UIT related works. Under this portal, public can avail 7 UIT related facilities online.

In this SSO portal facilities available are property IT creation, mutation, payment gateway for lease discount-free hold certificate, lease collection, e-tendering; community hall booking and payment against demand note. All payments for these services availed will be made through online banking.

Udaipur city is the first city in Rajasthan to have this SSO portal service for UIT related services. After starting these services in Udaipur, similar portal has been started in Bikaner, Alwar and Kota. As informed by SE Sanjeev Sharma, applicant will have to visit UIT office for file verification after the mutation site has been visited by patwari (government accountant). It is quite likely that this SSO portal will create a transparency in the working of UIT.
