Rajendra Nahar, senior officer of Indian Broadcasting Service (1994 Batch) has been appointed as new director and head of Akashwani Udaipur.
Rajendra Nahar, senior officer of Indian Broadcasting Service (1994 Batch) has been appointed as new director and head of Akashwani Udaipur.
Nahar indicated development and innovation in Akashwani Udaipur. He said that the broadcasting of the local FM window will be increased from 1KW to 10KW to extend its reach till Chittorgarh.
He added, “The Udaipur station will be developed to become a Model Station for country.” Nahar also informed that FM broadcasting to Dungerpur will start soon and will try to increase the frequency of Akashwani Mount Abu.
Rajendra Nahar is known to be the only officer in Indian Services who is graduated from both IIM Ahmedabad and BITS Pilani. He is trained from George Town University, Washington and was awarded in year 2013 for his services on National Level.
