Participating in a workshop in Jaipur, for upcoming program of the state government “Prashasan Shehron ke Sang” Chairperson MCU, Rajni Dangi demanded for a permanent Police Chowki in the Udaipur Municipal Council premises.

In the meeting of all the Municipal Councils and Administrative Officers of Rajasthan, under the chairmanship of Cabinet Minister Shanti Dhariwal and Principal Secretary G. S. Sandhu, Dangi demanded for a Chowki as the issue of illegal construction is becoming a mental stress for the council.  And otherwise also, at times situation grows tense in the council premises and warrants police presence.

She also demanded for flyovers and elevated roads, as the traffic has significantly increased in Udaipur in the recent years.

Dangi also informed the Chairman of the meeting that people are in a tremendous pressure after the courts order to demolish some illegal constructions in the Lakes and in the No-Construction Zones. She said that by taking appropriate action, the State Government intervention can help the people regarding this problem.
