Udaipur Municipal Council (UMC) initiated repairing works in various wards of Udaipur, including construction of cemented road at Sunderwas and Sewerage Channel at Ward 37. As per the further information such development works will be carried out in all the wards.

UMC Chairperson Rajni Dangi instigated construction of cemented road at Sunderwas, along with a repairing of Sewerage Channel in ward 37, in response to the complaints from residents of the respective localities.

Sources informed that about one kilometre of cemented road will be prepared for smooth movement of traffic and removing pot holes.

A resident of Sunderwas informed that in rainy season these pot holes accumulate water in them becomes a reason of accidents, also troubles the pedestrians.

Rajni Dangi said, “We had received complaints on conditions of road and sewerage from locals, so this time we have given contract to private undertaking in public interest”.
