After a long internal tug of war between officials and councilors, chairman and deputy chairman; Rajni Dangi today initiated a series of developmental works. Dangi started the development work by giving green signal to the renovation work of the entrance of ‘Ghantaghar’ and Karjali House of ward number 45.

Ward Councilor Ashok Lodha said that the renovation work is estimated to cost Rs. 16.37 lacs.

Rajni Dangi was informed by the local shopkeepers about the illegal parking around Ghantaghar (Clock Tower); at this Dangi asked to the DYSP (Traffic) Mahendra Singh Shekhawat to provide relief to the shopkeepers, as the illegal parking is disturbing their business.

On this occasion, councilor Ashok Lodha, Durgesh Sharma, Bhupendra Jain, Kanchan Soni, Mohan Devi, Diwan Singh Bapna and large number local residents and shopkeepers were present.

The next on Dangi’s list was Puja Park; councilor Meenakshi Jain informed that estimate of the development work at park will cost Rs. 8 lacs.

The Chairperson, after the Park’s development work reached ward number 30, where she started with the construction of sewage lines of Mahaveer Nagar and Tilak Nagar; all these works are estimated to cost about Rs. 26 lacs.

“Regularization of these colonies has been done by UIT and the construction of sewage lines also belong to them, but due to continuous negligence and consequent complaints from local residents, I have personally taken this matter in my hands and started the construction of sewage lines”, claimed Rajni Dangi.

Prashasan Shehron ke Sang

Chairperson informed that the camp under “Prashasan Shehron Ke Sang” campaign for ward number 15 and 16 will be held in the Municipal Council Campus tomorrow.
