Sub District Magistrate of Rajsamand District, Abhishek Goyal, in his order issued today, has advised changes to the lockdown status in the District of Rajsamand.

As per the orders, the people of the district are not reconciling with the instructions issued in the previous order and are breaking rules and regulations.

Accordingly, the administration has taken a call to amend the earlier lockdown instructions.  

Barring Medical Stores and clinics, all shops and businesses, that we earler categorised as essential, will operate only between 10AM till 5PM.  People are coming out of their homes in an unwarranted manner and this is causing distress to the public monitoring and control system.

Hence, from today onwards, all general and provision stores, dairies, vegetable vendors, petrol pumps, etc (with the exception of Medical Supply) will operate only between 10AM till 5PM.  If anyone is found running their shops before 10AM or beyond 5PM, they will be subject to intense and severe punishment. A case will be lodged against such persons by  the District Administration.
