The instructions were given during a high-level review of road safety and highway encroachments at a District Road Safety Committee meeting held at the Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday. Officials pushed for urgent action to clear blocked road stretches and improve accident-prone zones across the Udaipur district.

Religious Structures

In cases where religious structures are found among encroachments, officials were instructed to proceed strictly as per provisions of the law passed by the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, ensuring due process and sensitivity. Road safety concerns were also strongly highlighted during the meeting.
