To encourage better performance, Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) has initiated a statewide special program to recognize those drivers and conductors who will save diesel more than the target and also achieve higher revenue.

RSRTC will give 15 percent of the saving as award to both driver and conductor. The program started from today.

According to T.C. Goyal, Zonal Manager, this innovative program will give multiple benefits and also help the department to overcome the losses. Informing more about the program, Goyal said that only those drivers who had done at least 24 duties in a month and have less complaint can get into this program.

Goyal said, “Every driver has been given different routes and different targets, not only drivers, other employees including senior manager, traffic manager, accountant, coordinator and zonal manager will also get 5 percent of the cash and reward.”

Getting strict to the regulations, those employees who will not perform well will face action against them.

However, being optimistic, T.C. Goyal has said that he is very sure that all the employees are excited about this new program.
