Upper Primary Teacher Recruitment Exams: English & Hindi on Jan 19
Level 2 Mathematics-Science and Social Science exams held on January 18; attendance recorded at 91.32% and 88.12% respectively
Udaipur, Jan 19, 2026 - The third day exam of the Upper Primary School Teacher Direct Recruitment Examination 2025 is being held on Monday (January 19) across the city. Exam Coordinator and Additional District Collector Deependra Singh Rathore informed that Level 2 English subject exam, conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), will be held from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at 17 exam centres, with 5,531 candidates appearing for it. The Hindi subject exam will be held from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm at 64 centres in which 19,872 candidates will appear.
Adequate security arrangements and administrative preparations have been ensured at all centres.
On the second day of the RSSB exam on Sunday (January 18), exams were held across a total of 103 examination centres in the city. Mathematics-Science exams were held from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, at 77 centres. Of 23,663 registered candidates, 21,610 sat for the exams while 2,053 were absent, resulting in an attendance rate of 91.32%.
The afternoon shift recorded an attendance of 88.12% with Social Science subject exam conducted at 103 centres from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. the. Of 31,674 registered candidates, 27,910 appeared, while 3,764 were absent, . Six candidates were debarred owing to various reasons.
