Udaipur, June 4, 2025 - In a fresh initiative to enhance cleanliness in the city, Nagar Nigam Commissioner Ram Prakash has introduced a new system involving QR codes at all community and public toilets across Udaipur. Through these QR codes, citizens can now share accurate information about the cleanliness, available facilities and any shortcomings of the toilets with just one click from their smartphones.

Commissioner Ram Prakash said that Nagar Nigam has so far not been receiving precise feedback regarding the state of facilities or issues at public and community toilets in the city. Even tourists, despite being dissatisfied with the condition of some toilets, had no means to report complaints or suggestions.

Owing to the lack of feedback, there was little scope for improving toilet management. To address this, the QR codes have been installed so that the authorities can take appropriate action.

The Commissioner has encouraged all citizens to actively share feedback on the facilities available at these toilets. He urged the public to make full use of the QR code system to report the condition so that services can be further improved and any deficiencies addressed. The Commissioner assured that all suggestions received will be seriously considered and necessary actions be implemented.
